HR+ – Innovative competencies for HR manager among twin and social transition in knowledge intensive industries, is the new research-intervention project by Forema, co-financed by the Erasmus+ program, which develops the HR profession.
The challenges of knowledge management and interculturality require organizations to develop innovative skills to implement effective reskilling/upskilling processes, learning to embrace diversity.
