The HR Plus project, spearheaded by Fòrema, unites seven partners from five countries—Italy, Spain, Hungary, Portugal, and Belgium—to transform the role of Human Resources Management in knowledge-intensive companies.

By co-designing a transnational training program, HR Plus aims to bridge skill gaps and align HR practices with emerging industry demands. Our collaborative efforts will result in a comprehensive training framework, stakeholder engagement, and a validated HR profile recognized across partner regions, fostering social innovation in workplaces across Europe.
